    Default Ignorant people, holy f*(|<

    So this man called and his child's name was misspelled, so I was trying to put a request in to correct it, he was so rude, talked very fast and his accent was heavy I couldn't understand him. So I nicely asked him to repeat himself, and he started cursing, with all that is going on in my life I am really stressed out and upset so I wasn't in the mood when I was trying to be nice and help the shithead. So, I disconnected the call. Yes I know you aren't supposed to let personal life effect your job, but seriously it was just uncalled for.

    Discuss.

    We aren't supposed to, we are supposed to escalate them to a manager. That went out the window as soon as I heard shit fuck and whatever else he said. I said okay sir and was going to say he didn't have to curse and he wouldn't shut up so I went click.

    Common sence isn't so common any more. Trust me I deal with people everyday face to face. For the most part people are stupid. They don't have the brains to make decisions for themselves everything is controlled by trends and the media. What you experienced today was a frustrated person who didn't like the tone of your voice. It happens that is life. Move on and let it be. At some point he will realize he was being rude and will feel lke a dick.
